What is Huladans?
It’s the combination of Hula hoop fitness (strength and resistance exercises while turning a hoop at the waist) and Dance (aerobic routines) resulting in a very complete and low-impact exercise so you don’t hurt your joints and also burn 200 calories in 30 minutes, strengthen your back, firm your abs and buttocks, slim your waist, improve your posture, coordination and balance, it also raises your self-esteem and makes you happy by releasing serotonin 💃🏻.
Dancing with the hula hoop is an easy, effective and fun way to get in shape, it is a great cardiovascular exercise and an excellent dance partner 😁.

What do you need to take the Zoom class?
1. A hula hoop, the ideal hoop to start should measure 85-95cm and weigh more than 500g, but if you have a lighter or smaller hoop and can spin it for at least 3 minutes in a row then you can use it during class.
2. Headphones (not essential but very useful so that you can hear me well)
3. Zoom App (only in the case of using the cell phone, on PC and tablet you can enter without downloading it)
4. It's essential that the camera is active during the session to be able to make the pertinent corrections and make sure that you do not hurt yourself.
✔️ If you have never spin a hula hoop or have not managed to keep it at the waist, the class that suits you is "Beginners / how to hula hoop 1:1" or "Workshop how to hula hoop step by step" 😉
